3. Personal review. Every intake is read and reviewed personally before anything is written. Your current products are evaluated for ingredient interactions, pH compatibility, and routine gaps — nothing is templated or auto-generated.
4. Receive your personalized protocol. Your protocol arrives as a PDF within 5 business days — written by hand, specific to your skin, products, and goals.
5. Begin your routine. Your 30-day support window opens on delivery. Start with your protocol and settle into the routine.
6. Weekly guidance and Progress Reviews. Each week you'll receive educational guidance relevant to your current phase, along with your Weekly Progress Review — a structured touchpoint to capture how your skin is responding and surface any questions.
7. Personalized follow-up and refinements. Your Progress Review responses are read personally. Questions are answered, observations are addressed, and thoughtful adjustments are made when your skin calls for them.
