At Ritual Script, your trust and safety come first. Because skincare products must be stored properly to remain safe and effective, we do not accept returns once products leave our facility.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@ritualscript.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund. Photos of the issue may be requested to help us resolve it quickly.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
