- Delivery + 14-day Q&A. Your protocol arrives as a PDF within 5 business days. For the next 14 days, email access is open for implementation questions.

Is this a live consult?
No. Scripted Insight™ is delivered as a written PDF so you can review everything at your own pace and return to it as your skin shifts. If you have questions after delivery, you'll have a 14-day follow-up window for clarification and implementation support by email.
Do I have to use Ritual Script products?
No. Recommendations can include Ritual Script, drugstore, prestige brands, or a mix — based on what fits your skin, goals, and budget.
What does the 14-day follow-up include?
Follow-up support is for questions about understanding and implementing your plan — step order, frequency, pacing, and clarifying how to use recommendations. It does not include ongoing coaching, continual plan revisions, or urgent responses.
