How long does one container last?
With pea-size use morning and evening, the 2 oz lasts approximately 3–4 months. Used only AM or only PM, it stretches closer to 6–7 months.
Can I use this if I have sensitive skin?
Yes — the formula is barrier-supportive, fragrance-free, and built around antioxidants well-tolerated by most skin types. We still recommend a patch test before first use if you have known sensitivities to any of the listed ingredients.
Can I use this in the morning, evening, or both?
All three. CoQ10 Renewal Crème is designed as a flexible antioxidant moisturizer that fits either end of the routine. Many people prefer it as their AM daytime defense, with Pentamyco as the PM treatment crème. Others use it twice daily.
How does this fit with my other Wisdom Method products?
Apply after cleansing, mist, serum, and eye cream — as the final step in your AM routine, or your PM routine if you’re not using Pentamyco. The Night Elixir (serum) layers before either crème on the nights you want extra treatment.
What's the shelf life?
Unopened, 12 months from production. Once opened, use within 6 months for best quality. LOT and production date are printed on each container.
