  4. Your protocol or update is delivered by email within 48 business hours.
  5. Submit your check-ins via form — up to 2 that month. Each covers your skin status, current product list, and any specific questions.
  6. Rachel reviews and responds within 48 business hours with protocol adjustments, active guidance, or product swap recommendations as needed.
  7. When you're ready for another month — simply purchase again. No auto-billing, no subscription.

Yes. The Refinement Protocol™ is Phase 2 — it's designed for clients whose barrier is already stable. You should have completed a Scripted Insight™ or The Ritual Reset™ within the past 12 months. If you're new to Ritual Script, start with Scripted Insight™.

Is this a live consult?

The Refinement Protocol™ is primarily email and text based — you submit check-ins via form and Rachel responds within 48 business hours. If a video or phone call would be helpful, that can be arranged on request.

How do the check-ins work?

Each month you can submit up to 2 structured check-in forms. Each form covers your current skin status, your active product list, and any specific questions you have. Rachel reviews your responses and replies with protocol adjustments, active guidance, or product recommendations as needed.

What is the response time?

Check-in responses are delivered within 48 business hours on weekdays. Weekend submissions may be reviewed but responses are not guaranteed until the following business day.

Is this a subscription?

No. Each purchase covers one month of support. There's no subscription, no auto-billing, and no commitment beyond the month you've purchased. When you're ready for another month, simply purchase again.

Do I have to use Ritual Script products?
